To be an earth goddess is to be comfortable in yourself, grounded on sound solid nutrition and exercise or fitness.
This does not mean sticking to a strict diet, running a marathon or anything really extreme, it is finding a way of eating that suits you, and a way of moving your body in a way that you love such that it actually moves easily, and it functions well.
A goddess eats whatever is prepared or served for her, however, a goddess also knows when to eat and what to eat and what fuels her body.
